I’ve been out on a mini vacation in the woods with no wifi. So it was all I could do to drive around until I got enough of a signal to post a photo of day 26 with my phone. That explains why this blog is coming a day late.
I recently saw an egret painting by an artist I admire. He used a dark background, which I almost never do, but thought was definitely worth a try. Might be something I play around with a bit more in the future.
If you’d like to see any of these paintings and others in person, I’ll be at Covington’s art market at the trailhead Dec. 3rd from 9am-1pm.
